This Supplemental Bill of Assurance shall not affect any other property in "The Ranch, An Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas," and Lots 5A-R and 5B-R (and all other property subject thereto) remaining subject, in all respects, to the following instruments recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas: (i) the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance recorded as Instrument No. 2002117635 and 2002146989, (ii) the Amendment to Declaration, Plat and Restrictive Covenants recorded as Instrument No. 2003126639 and 2004005314, and (iii) the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance recorded as Instrument No. 2003098291 (collectively the "Preceding Bills of Assurance").
