RANCH, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO LOTS
5A-R AND 513-R, TRACT A, THE RANCH, AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS)
WHEREAS, Dogwood Crossing, LLC ("Declarant"), is the owner of the following
described land lying in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
LOT 5, TRACT A, THE RANCH, An Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas ("Lot 5").
Declarant has caused to be surveyed and a replat thereof made, which, following such
replat will cause Lot 5 to thereafter be identified as "Lots 5A-R and 5B-R, Tract A, The
Ranch, An Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas" (referred to herein as "Lot 5A-R"
and "Lot 5B-R", respectively). Such replat is signed by Declarant, bears a certificate of
approval, executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book :?K , Page
. This Supplemental Bill of Assurance shall not affect any other property in "The Ranch,
An Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas," and Lots 5A-R and 5B-R (and all other
property subject thereto) remaining subject, in all respects, to the following instruments recorded
in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas: (i) the
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance recorded as Instrument No.
2002117635 and 2002146989, (ii) the Amendment to Declaration, Plat and Restrictive
Covenants recorded as Instrument No. 2003126639 and 2004005314, and (iii) the Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance recorded as Instrument No. 2003098291
(collectively the "Preceding Bills of Assurance").
HEREAFTER, conveyances and descriptions of this property as shown on said replat
shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof. """"

Lots 5A-R and 513-R shall be owned and conveyed by Declarant and acquired by any
Grantees thereof, subject to: (i) all provisions of the Preceding Bills of Assurance and, (ii) this
Supplemental Bill of Assurance, including the following rights and restrictions:
TERM/AMENDMENT:
This Supplemental Bill of Assurance shall be in full force and effect until (99) years from
the date hereof, except that, unless a majority of the owners vote to amend or terminate this
instrument, the provisions hereof will automatically extend for successive ten (10) year periods.
A majority of owners of the properties described herein may, from time to time, amend this
Supplemental Bill of Assurance.
