WHEREAS, PHRP, LLC is the sole owner of the following described property Lot 5B. Block 2. Parkland Heiehts,
Phase IA, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to plat said lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said PHRP, LLC hereinafter termed grantor(s) have caused said tract of land to be surveyed y
Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
Lot 5B-R. Block 2, Parkland Heig>zts. Phase [A, and the date August 2007 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said
grantor(s;, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book =- Page I S I and the grantor(s)
do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this plat is to abandon part of the sanitary sewer easement to allow for the structure as constructed on
Lot 5B, as approved by the Little Rock Wastewater Utility.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as de_siZ-fated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall
use this designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of
Assurance filed for record and recorded in Deed Book I , Page 069; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
