ITEM NO.: 23 - OTHER MATTERS
LOCATION: "The Ranch" Subdivision
OWNERZDDEVELOPER: Ed Willis
REQUEST:
Ed Willis, the Developer of "The Ranch" Subdivision,
requests that the Planning Commission extend to this plat
approval of a staging plan to allow a minimum of five single
family lots to be recorded and finalized at one time.
Exception would involve Tract "S" which is 20 acres site
utilizing 5 lots of the previously approved preliminary
plat.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Staff recommends approval of Mr. Willis's
request as filed.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING (January 31, 1991)
The applicant was present. The Planning staff pointed out
the need for staging plan on "The Ranch" subdivision. The
committee accepted Mr. Ed Willis' request as being quite
reasonable for this large ownership.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION (February 12, 1991)
There were no objectors in attendance. The application was
represented. After a brief discussion, the Commission
determined it appropriate to place this item on the consent
agenda for approval. A motion was made to that effect and
passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 absent.
