Markham Little Rock, Ar 72201 RE: The Ranch - Phase II Dear Jim: Attached are five copies of the approved preliminary plat for Phase II, The Ranch. We are requesting that a phasing plan be approved allowing a minimum of 5 lots be recorded or finalized at one time. The exception would involve Tract S. Note that Tract S is a large 20.0 Acre site utilizing 5 lots of the previously approved Phase II Preliminary Plat. We ask that Tract S be approved as a one lot Final Plat at such time as it is appropriate to record that particular tract. Thank you for your assistance. Sin e' rely, Joe D.
