Dear Bernadette:
The developer of the above referenced project request that revisions in his
site plan be allowed. The revisions include the following:
1. Revised the locations of buildings 11, 12, 13, and 14 to permit a
north south orientation of tennis courts.
2. Switch location of building 3, swimming pool, and deck area.
3. Increase the number of units to 262 units by increasing buildings
and adding a partial third floor to buildings 7 and 13.
Please present these changes in the site plan for this period to the
subdivision committee, of the planning commission on May 29, 1986, to
determine if the changes are significant enough to require full planning
commission action. Three (3) copies of the revised site plan are attached.
