This is an attempt, by the applicant, to consolidate

some added construction. No problems of significance
were found. The applicant should, however, provide
dimensions between buildings in the area of the new

SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
Mr. Joe White was present representing the application. He
presented a brief overview of the developer's proposal which
is to modify the previously approved plans of this addition
and tie the several phases together in a single approved
plan. No problems were offered in the course of discussion.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
Mr. Joe White represented the application. There were no
objectors. A motion was made and passed for approval as
filed. The motion passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and
2 absent.
