and also in the Southeast 1/4 Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, both in
Township 2 North, Range 12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. City of
Little Rock. Pulaski County, .Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest 1/4 Southwest 1/4
of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West; thence N 010 35' E,
464.00 feet to the South line of the Riverdale Addition to City of Little
Rock: thence along said South line of the Riverdale Addition,
N 88043' W. 48119 feet to a point on the centerline of Riverdale Drive;

feet: thence S 70' 14' W. 60.00 feet to a point on the West right-of-way
line of Riverfront Drive, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence
along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 50.00 feet and a
chord bearing distance of S 250 14' W, 70.71 feet to a point on the North
right-of-way line of Riverdale Road; thence along said North right-of-way
