Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 33, Township 2 North,
Range 12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian: thence N 01' 3.5' E. 464.00 feet to a point on the
South line of the Riverdale Addition to the City of Little Rock: thence along said South line of
the Riverdale Addition. N 88' 43' W. 483.19 feet to a point on the centerline of Riverfront Drive:
thence along said centerline of Riverfront Drive. N 19'46' W, 4811.1-5 feet; thence continuing
along said centerline along a curve to the left 395.56 feet. said curve having a radius of 954.93
feet, and a chord nearing and distance of N 26 38' W, 392.73 feet; thence continuing along said
centerline, N 43' 30' W. 244.02 feet; thence S 46' 30' W, 60.00 feet to a point on the West
right-of-way line of Riverfront Drive, said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence
