LEGAL, DESCRIPTION
A tract of land situated in parts of Sections 28, 29, 32, and 33, Township
2 North, Range 12 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest '4 of the Southwest
14, Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West; thence N 01' 35' E, 464.00

on the East Right -of -Way line of the Chicago, Rqck Island and Pacific Rail-
