HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-0054-V ApplicationBILL OF ASSURANCE LOT 3R & 5R POINT WEST 4TH ADDITION KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, CORNERSTONE DEVELOPMENT AND ERC PROPER- TIES, INC. (hereinafter called Allotters) are the Owners of the following described real property situated in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit: LOTS 3, 4, and 5 POINT WEST 4TH ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the above described property be replatted as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE WITNESSETH: THAT Allotter has caused said real property to be sur- veyed by Robert C. Lowe and a Replat thereof made which is identified by the date, March 23, 1994, and by the signature of said Registered Professional Surveyor and the authorized representatives of the Owners, Allotters, and bears a Certif- icate of Approval executed by the Little Planning Commission and is of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat No. ; and Allotter does hereby enter into and make this Replat Bill of Assurance. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide for the mod- ification of the lot lines so as to enlarge the size of the lots and allow for the extension of Teton Drive, thus reduc- ing the number of lots from 25 to 23 as reflected on the Replat described herein. Allotter does hereby certify that it has replatted the above -described tract of land in accordance with said Replat. The lands embraced in said Replat shall be forever known as Lots 3R & 5R POINT WEST 4TH ADDITION, and every deed and conveyance for said lands shall use the designations as reflected upon said Replat. The filing of the Amendment to the Bill of Assurance and Replat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of easements as shown in the terms and provisions of the Bill of Assurance for POINT WEST 4TH ADDITION filed in Book D at Page 853 of the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
