A. Proposal/Request
(1) To permit a 450' long minor commercial cul-de-sac.
The street will be the sole access for only three
lots.
(2) Permit the sidewalks to be constructed by the
owners of each lot as part of the building and
occupancy permitting process.

C. Staff Report
This is a request to modify an approved preliminary
plat by revising what was originally approved as a true
commercial street between Lots 3 and 4 to a cul-de-sac.
The applicant is asking that the construction of
sidewalks be tied to each lot as building permits are
obtained.

Mr. Don Chambers represented the applicant. No adverse
comments were made.
F. Planninq Commission Actio
The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A
motion for approval was made and passed but subject to
the construction of a 36' street and a 50'
right-of-way. The vote: 10 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent.
