NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: THAT, Grantors have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul White, Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title, Final Plat of Lotl 18R being a replat of the following lands to wit: Lot 118, Overlook Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Plat Book C, page 839, Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas and Part of the S'/2 SE'/a, Section 23, T-2-N, R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the southernmost corner of Lot 118.
