Revocable Trust, (hereinafter termed
"Grantors") are the sole owners of Lot 118 of the Overlook Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and certain additional lands adjacent thereto, and Grantors desire to replat said lands as
Lot 118R.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
THAT, Grantors have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul White, Registered
Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title, Final Plat of Lotl 18R being
a replat of the following lands to wit:
Lot 118, Overlook Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Plat Book C, page 839, Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas
and
Part of the S'/2 SE'/a, Section 23, T-2-N, R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of Lot 118. Overlook
Park, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence
N52' 15'E along the southeastern line of said Lot 118, 82.16 Ft.
to the westernmost corner of Lot 92R, said Overlook Park; thence
S41'34'E along the west line of said Lot 92R, 9.02 Ft.; thence
S52 ° 15 "W, 81.46 Ft.; thence N45 ° 59"W, 9.09 Ft. to the point
of beginning, containing 736 sq. ft. or 0.0169 acres more or less.
described as such Plat bearing the date May 2007, and by the signatures of the said surveyor and the
said Grantors, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Comission, and is of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, in Plat Books , page , and tat Grantors in conjunction therewith do

hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The Grantors certify that they have replatted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
The lands embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as Lot 118R as designated on said Plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the
streets and easements shown on the said Plat for Lot 118R, and substitute for any inconsistent
dedication on the Plat of Lot 118 previously filed of record in Plat Book C, page 839 and except for
such substitution, the lands embraced in the Plat will continue to be subject to all the terms stated
in the original Plat and Bill of Assurance for the Overlook Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, dated and filed as Instrument No. 8941681, and in Plat Book C, page 839.
