distance of N 14 deg. 47 min. 38 sec. E, 48.6 ft. to a point on
the south right-of-way line of Overlook Drive; thence
Southeasterly along said south right-of-way line, being the arc
of 2834 79 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing
and distance of S 89 deg. 32 min. 35 sec E, 15.11 ft. to a
point; thence 5 88 deg. 28 min. E and continuing along said south
right-oPO-way line, 201.2 ft. to a point; thence S 19 deg. 52
min. W, 130.3 ft. to the point or beginning, containing 0.4509
acres more or less.
