the Southwest corner of Lot 125, Overlook Park, an Addition to

the south right-of-way line of overlook Drive; thence
Southeasterly along said south right-of-way line, being the arc
of 2834.79 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing
and distance of S 89 deg. 32 min. 35 sec. E, 15.11 ft. to a
point; thence S 88 deg. 28 min. E and continuing along said south
right-ofO-way line, 201.2 ft. to a point; thence S 19 deg. 52
min. W, 130.3 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.4509
acres more or less.
