A tract of land located in the S1/2 SW1/4 Section 24, T-2-N, R-13-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 129, Overlook Park, an addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said corner being located on the South
right-of-way line of Overlook Drive; thence S88°24'20"E along said
South right-of-way line, 89.7 ft. to a point; thence N89"50'30"E and
continuing along said South right-of-way line, 69.26 ft. to a point;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of 25 ft. radius curve to the right,
having a chord bearing and distance of S88°55'45"E, 1.07 ft. to a point;
