Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning
at the Northeast corner of Lot 129, Overlook Park, an addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said corner being located on the South
right-of-way line of Overlook Drive; thence S88`24'20"E along said
South right-of-way line, 89.7 ft. to a point; thence N89'50'30"E and
continuing along said South right-of-way line, 69.26 ft. to a point;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of 25 ft. radius curve to the right,
having a chord bearing and distance of S88'55'45"E, 1.07 ft. to a point;
thence S0005'W, 384.71 ft. to a point on the North line of Lot 10,
River Oaks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence N89'55'W
along the North line of said Lot 10 and along the North line of Lot 8,
