SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION The Subdivision Committee recommends approval as recommended by the Staff except: 1. Waive boundary street improvements. 2. Specifically, waive the front building line to accommodate the existing structure. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION No one was present to represent the application. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the plat as recommended by the Subdivision Committee.
