STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Staff recommends approval subject to:
1. Plat drives as service easements.
2. Provide boundary street improvements on Chicot Road to
consist of 1/2 of a 48' pavement and sidewalk.
3. Adjust building setbacks to avoid future non -conformity
by providing a 25' rear yard.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
The Subdivision Committee recommends approval as recommended
by the Staff except:
1. Waive boundary street improvements.
2. Specifically, waive the front building line
to accommodate the existing structure.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION
No one was present to represent the application.
The Commission voted unanimously to approve the plat as recommended
by the Subdivision Committee.
