VARIANCES REQUESTED:
1. To change a platted 25 foot building line to 20.10 feet
on the south side.
Staff Recomendation
The staff recommends that the proposed addition be moved
back.
Subdivision Committee Recommendation: (April 1979)
The Subdivison Committee took a vote on the application
which failed 1 aye, 1 no and 1 abstention.
Planning Commission Action:
The Commission approved the variance as requested. The vote
was 7 ayes, 2 noes (Mr. Mathews, Dr. Wright),_l absent
(Mr. Morse) and 1 abstention (Mr. Johnson).
