RE: Fletcher Valley Park Conditional Use Permit
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Site Plan for the above captioned project. Please place this
item on the agenda for the next available Planning Commission meeting.
In addition to the pool, the park will include a sports court and playground area. The bathroom
structure will be very similar to the building at Chalamont Park in Chenal Valley.
The park will be open to the residents of Fletcher Valley. The sports court and playground will
be open year round. The pool will be open on a seasonal basis.
