LOCATION: North side of Kanis Road, west
side of Rock Creek
VARIANCE REQUESTED:
To change a platted 30 foot site building line in an
industrial district to 25 feet.
Staff Recommendation
The staff recommends denial.
Subdivision Committee Recommendation
The Committee noted that Kanis Park was adjacent to this
property on the west. The applicant was unable to attend
the meeting. Therefore, the Subdivision Committee forwards
this matter with no recommendation.
t Planning Commission Action:
The applicant was present. The Commission voted
unanimously to approve the request in view of the adjacent
open area in Kanis Park.
