Request: To reduce a plat at 25 foot
setback by approximately
18 inches to 5 feet to
permit an addition to the
existing house.
Staff Recommendation
The staff recommended that in view of the minor nature of
the request and the fact that all the neighbors have signed
`a statement of approval, the request be approved rather than
delayed to the March meeting.
Planning Commission Action:
The Commission voted unanimously to approve the request as
recommended by the staff.
