The attached sketch describes graphically what I am proposing. I have been advised that since the existing building line (25 feet back) is a "platted" line, rather than one established by the zoning ordinance, the Board of Adjustment is not the proper route of appeal, and that your department is the place to initiate my request. I am, of course, interested in an early response, but I understand that late February is probably the earliest this can be handled.
