Front setback of 25 feet, side set back of 10 feet for an industrial lot. r a 0 tem No. 8 - Cont' d CAFE RECOMMENDATION The plat of Lot 2, Hinson Place was recently disapproved by the Commission, due to a violation involved in Lot 1, which is developed with a light industrial use. Inclusion of Lot 1 will accomplish the necesssary dedication and street construction, and will correct all violations except those of industrial setback requirements. Since the industrial use is already in place, little could be accomplished by denying waivers of setbacks. The staff recommends approval of the plat and waiver request. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Approval as recommended by the staff. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION Mr. Maury Mitchell was present to represent the owner. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the plat as recommended by the Subdivision Committee.
