Gentlemen:
We request that a certificate of preliminary plat approval be
issued for lots 1 & 2 Hinson Place Addition, located in section 33,
T-2-N R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Lot 1 is an existing automobile repair shop, and we ask for
these weivers:
1. 25' Front Set Back
2. 10' Side Set Backs
Lot 2 is proposed to be an office building.
There are no new streets proposed on this 0.98'acre of property.
