WHEREAS, Dr. Alonzo D. Williams, Henrietta Williams, is the sole owners of the
following described property:
Lots 29Rand 30R Hickory Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said owners, hereinafter termed grantors have caused said tract of land
to be surveyed by Robert D. Holloway, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by their title Re -plat of Lot 29R and Lot 30R Hickory
Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the date
7, and by the signature of the said engineer and the said
grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock City Planning
Commission, and is on record in the,O#£ce of the Circuit Clerk and ex-ofFicio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book ,Page-, and the grantor(s) do hereby
make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
This Bill of Assurance hereby adopts the covenants, conditions, and restrictions as
set forth in all Bills of Assurances previously filed of Record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record on the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and the ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski county shall be valid and complete delivery
for the dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
No changes in the "B' ce" shall be made unless specifically approved
by the Little Rock Planning Commission.

RE: Hickory Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
Please find attached a copy of the Bill of Assurance and 4 copies of a lot split at the
reference project for lot 29R. We are essentially changing lot 29R back to lots 29 and 30
as was originally the case. It is my understanding this review is a staff matter and we will
provide you with the necessary utility signatures if needed. However, it may not be
necessary in this situation, since we are going back to the original layout.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter so that we can complete this
transaction.
