The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. This Bill of Assurance hereby adopts the covenants, conditions, and restrictions as set forth in all Bills of Assurances previously filed of Record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
