Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 5E 1/4; thence N2°42'15"W alonq
the West line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 30.0 ft. to a point on the North R/W
line of Mara Lynn Road; thence N89°36'0511E Along the North R/W line of
Mara Lynn Road 980..43 ft. to the SW corner of Park Ruby Subdivision, as
recorded In Plat Hook 18 at Page 79 in the Records of the Circuit Clerk
of Pulaski County, and the point of beginning; thence N3°02135"W along
the West line of said Park Ruby Subdivision 437.11 ft.; thence S86°57125"W,
279.86 ft. to a point on the East R/W Ilne of Green Mountain Drive and on
the arc of a curve right (said curve having a central angle of 39°22'15"
and a radius of 449.27 ft.); thence along the arc of said curve to the right
to the point of tangency thereof (said curve segment having a chord bearing
and distance of S20'22'16"E, 268.92 ft.); thence continuing along the
East R/W line of Green Mountain Drive S2°56'E, 147.22 ft. tp the point of
curvature of a curve to the left (said curve having a central angle of
87`27'55" and a radius of 25.0 ft.); thence along the arc of said curve
to the left to the point of tangency thereof and a point on the North
R/W line of Mara Lynn Road (said curve segment having a chord bearing
and distance of S46°39153"E, 34.56 ft.; thence along the North R/W Ilne of
Mara Lynn Road N89°36'05"E, 176.40 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
2.132 acres more or less.
Pursuant to the Little Rock Subdivision Rules and
Regulations and under the conditions of Ordinance
No. 11338, this document is given final approval by
the Little Rock Planning Commission. All the con-
ditions of approval having been completed, this
document is hereby accepted and this certificate
executed under the authority of said Rules and Regu-
lations.
