PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the SWJ SE} Section 33, T-2-N,
R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SW} SE} and a point on the
centerline of Mara Lynn Road; thence N 2025'13" W,along the west
line of said SW} SEJ 977.55' to the point of beginning; thence
N 2025'13" W, and continuing along said west line 1.97.49';
thence N 69039'25" E, 130.07' to a point on the west R/W line
of Green Mountain Drive as platted in Book A-143 and the point
of curvature of a 576.48' radius curve to the left with a
chord bearing and distance of S 8019'43" E, along said R/W
line 8.97' to the point of curvature of a 567.92' radius curve

as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 353, 169.45' to the point of
