of Green Mountain Drive as platted in Book A-1.43 and the point
of curvature of a 576.48' radius curve to the left with a
chord bearing and distance of S 8019143" E, along said R/W
line 8.97' to the point of curvature of a 567.92' radius curve
to the left, with a chord bearing and distance of S 15013'02" E,
along said R/W line 131.10'; thence S 68015'00" W, along the
north property line of Tract "C", Green Mountain Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Rook A, Page 353, 169.45' to the point of
