A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, T-2-N, R-13-W Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and a point on
the Centerline of Mara Lynn Road; thence N 2°25'13" W, 30.0' to a
point on the North R/W line of said Mara Lynn Road and the point
of beginning; thence N 2°25'13" W along the West line of said
SW 1/4 SE 1/4, 947.55'; thence N 68°15'00" E. 169.45' to a point an
the West R/W line of Green Mountain Drive as platted in book A-143,
and the point of curvature of a 576.48' radius curve to the left
with a chord bearing and distance of S 32°11'22" E along said R/W
line 200.72'; thence S 42°18'15" E, and continuing along said R/W
line 573.77' to the point of curvature of a 390.68' radius curve
to the right with a chord bearing and distance of S 22°37'11" E,
and continuing along said R/W line, 262.26'; thence S 2*26' E, and
continuing along said R/W, 142.19' to the point of curvature of a
25.0' radius curve to the right with a chord bearing and distance
of S 43°19'44" W, 36.13' to a point on the North R/W line of said
Mara Lynn Road; thence S 89°36'05" W alono said R/W line 693.91',
to the point of beginning containing 11.65 acres more or less.
