Item No. 10 - Chatham Court- Buildin Line Waiver
LOCATION: #2 Chatham Court
OWNER/APPLICANT: Larry Kimmer
REQUEST: To allow for a 2.5 more or less
encroachment into an area
established by a 25' platted
building line.
STAFF ANALYSIS:
The location of this site is a residential neighborhood,
with medium to large single family homes. Most of the
existing structures seem to be in conformance with the
platted building line. The particular home involved is
situated on a hill which slopes downward on the south,
toward Chatham Drive. No drainage problems are apparent.
This is a request for approval of a plan which will allow
for the intrusion of a proposed deck, to be built on the
back and south side of the home, into an area established by
a 25' platted building line.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff would like to pass this item to the Committee without
recommendation.
SUBDIVISION ACTION:
The Committee voted to pass this item to the Commission
without recommendation. The vote: 2 ayes, 0 noes and
3 absent.

to deny this request. The motion passed by a vote of 9
