Inc. & Integrity, Inc. hereinafter called "Grantors, are the owners of the following described property: Lots 120R, 121R and 147R Broadmoor North Addition Little Rock, Arkansas, Plat #F-984 AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to replat the above -described property. NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title "Lots 120 A -RI, 147 A-R. and 121 A-R, Being a replat of Lots 120AR, 147R and 121R, Broadmoor North Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures and seals of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signatures of the Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat The filing of this plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and all easements and/or rights -of -way which may be shown or designated on the plat. The lands embraced by the plat shall be forever known as "Lots 120 A -RI, 147 A-R. and 121 A-R, Being a replat of Lots 120 A-R, 147R and 121R Broadmoor North Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas", and all future conveyances shall refer to the lot number(s) as designated on the plat. All other provisions of the Bill of Assurance for Lots 120R 121R and 147R Broadmoor North Addition, Little Rock, AR, Document #2001-001053 in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall remain in full force and effect.
