The main purpose of this plat is for transfer of title to lot
B-2. Lot B-1 will be retained by the owners of Lot A and used
for parking. Construction of the necessary improvements can be
assured through the building permit.
Since this property abuts Interstate Highway 430, we restate the
objective of retaining the trees and green area adjacent.
The staff recommends approval of the plat and variance request
subject to designating a 40' green easement adjacent to
Interstate Highway 430, not to be used for building, drives, or
parking.
Subdivision Committee Recommendation
The Subdivision Committee recommends approval of the plat as
submitted, without the 40' green easement and with a restriction
of a maximum of two curb cuts on Breckenridge Drive.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION
The Commission voted to approve the plat as recommended by the
Subdivision Committee. The vote was 6 ayes, 1 no.
