if feasible. Telephone plant is not compatible with drainage usage above
Tied cables. Dive M feet of ease;nent clear of drainage is required

ENGINEERING DIVISION REVIEW
1. The intent of this plat is uncertain. The proposed
lot dimensions are peculiar, and I would advise
further study before accepting this plat.
2. Rinke Road is possibly going to become a major
arterial street. Therefore, a 40 foot right-of-way
instead of a 30 is requested.
3. Drexel Avenue dead ends at this project. The owner
should explain what his intentions are at this
location.

ENGINEERING DIVISION REVIEW
Approximately 50 percent of the area of_ the proposed plat in
question is within the 100 year flood plain as can best be
determined by the Corps of Engineers. The portion within
the flood plain is the approximate eastern one-half of the
plat.
