Arkansas. More particularly described as: Starting at the Northeast corner of said
Section 10; Thence South 000 29' West along the East line of the said NE;4 NV-4, Section 10
for 10 feet to an iron pin at the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing South 000 29' West
along the said East line of the NE; NEh for 427.06 feet to an iron pin on the Northerly
right-of-way line of Kanis Road (60' right-of-way); Thence North 830 28' West along the
said Northerly right-of-way line for 19.25 feet to an iron pin at the beginning of a curve
to the right having a radius of 287.97 feet; Thence along said curve to the right by a
