LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land in the NE', SEN and in the SEN
SEN Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkan-sas more particularly
5, described as: Beginning at an iron pin at the
Southeast corner of Lot 5, Baptist Medical
Center Development; thence North 270 42' East
along the Easterly lot line of said 'Lot 5 for
493.14 feet to an iron pin on the South right-
of-way of Interstate 630; thence South 700 03'
East along the South right-of-way line of Inter-
state 630 for 304.47 feet to a 2" fence -post
at an angle point in the said highway right-of-
way line; thence South 250 44' 15" West for
534.51 feet to an iron pin on the Northerly
right-of-way line of Lile Avenue; thence North
620 18' West along the said Northerly right-of-

Point of Beginning: Containing 159,857 square
