more particularly described as:
Starting at an iron pin at the northeast corner of Lot 2
Baptist Medical Center Development, being also a point on
the south right of way line of Lile Avenue (60' right of
way);
thence North 000 03' East along the projected east line
of said Lot 2 for 67.74 feet to a point on the
north right of way line of Lile Avenue which is
the Point of Beginning;
thence North 620 IS' West along the said north right of
way line of Lile Avenue for 319.1 feet to an iron
pin at the southeast corner of Lot 5, Baptist
Medical Center Development;
thence North 270 42' East along the easterly lot line of
said Lot 5 for 494.14 feet to an iron pin at the
northeast corner of said Lot 5, (being also a point
on the south right of way line of Interstate
Highway 630);
thence South 680 31' 10" East along said highway right
of way line for 305.6 feet to an angle point in
the said right of way line;
thence southwesterly for approximately 550 feet to the
