to determine the apparent ownership of property within 200 feet of the perimeter of the following described

line of the Union Pacific Railroad (100' r/w); thence along said right of way line South 56º35'38"
West 1,030.14 feet; thence leaving said right of way North 02º27'12" East 833.48 feet; thence
South 87º 20'53" East 180.40 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 320.00 feet
and a chord bearing and distance of North 25º58'20" West 299.87 feet; thence North 36º03'13"
East 62.08 feet; thence along curve to the left having a radius of 65.00 feet and a chord bearing and
distance of North 03º18'01" East 63.78 feet; thence North 82º45'45" East 284.98 feet returning to
the Point of Beginning, containing 17.344 acres, more or less.
