New Senior Living — Cottages @ Pinnacle Place

Dear Mr. Thrower:
Attached please find 2 copies of the Site Plan and Survey on the above referenced
project. We are requesting a PUD of this site to allow the construction of a New Senior
Living Development consisting of cottages and townhomes.
The development will be a total of 19 buildings with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom cottage
designs (62 one -bedroom units and 60 two -bedroom units) and 6 townhome design
units (2 one -bedroom and 4 two -bedroom). There will be 42 garage units and 161
parking spaces. Parking on site exceeds the minimum requirements and may be
adjusted in the final site plan.
There will be a Club House with rooms for meetings, arts and crafts, senior gathering (ie.
potluck and fellowship) and game/movie night activities. Other amenities include a dog park, a
garden area, and an area for outdoor activities such as lawn bowling, horse shoes and
pickleball / badmitton courts. Walking trails will also be provided.
