Dear Mr. Thrower:
Attached please find 2 copies of the Site Plan and Survey on the above referenced
project. We are requesting a PUD of this site to allow the construction of a New Senior
Living Development consisting of a 4-story building built in 2 phases.
Phase I will consist of 170 units as follows: 32 two -bedroom units, 92 Type 1 one -
bedroom units and 46 Type 2 one -bedroom units. Phase II will consist of 108 units as
follows: 20 two -bedroom units, 56 Type 1 one -bedroom units and 32 Type 2 one -
bedroom units.
Phase I also includes a Club House with rooms for meetings, arts and crafts, senior gathering
(ie. potluck and fellowship) and game/movie night activities. Other amenities include a dog
park, a garden area, and an area for outdoor activities such as lawn bowling, horse shoes and
pickleball / badmitton courts. Walking trails will also be provided.
There will be 223 parking spaces and will be designated as follows: 98 spaces for Elderly units
and 125 spaces for Senior units.
