South side of Mabelvale West Road, East of Otter Creek E. Blvd.
Development Staff Comments:
Provide N/S and E/W cross sections through the property, showing proposed development.
Provide overall building height dimensions.
Provide setback dimensions from building to front and side property lines.
What is the age restriction for residence?
Will there be a dumpster on site, if so, dumpsters must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in multifamily zones).
Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
