Rees" <jrees@reescommercial.com> Subject: Latest zoning uses for Cantrell West and progress made  Jamie and Monty, I hope you are doing well. We are presenting the following zoning changes to the neighborhood. It’s really not that much of a change but a clarification to one space only in the larger retail and office building. We actually removed a few things to make our list more concise but I wanted you and Monte to have this new list. I think we basically have what I think is an agreement with the neighborhood except for a few minor issues like the two drives that some neighbors like and some would rather stick with only one. Ernie Peters has told us it makes no difference one way or the other if there is one driveway or two and we have communicated that to Greg Williams. I think we have compitulated to the neighborhood in almost everything they have asked for and therefore are hoping for their approval as well as your approval for this development.  I would like to know that you are supporting us just as you did the last time the three restaurant design. We have worked very hard with the neighbors and we do appreciate their hard work too in helping us in designing this center to one that everyone can be proud of.
