Torrence, I attached the affidavit.  You should have gotten the original.  John is out of town until next week.  So, I will have to get you the street right of way next week.  I honestly don't think we will need the document for this project.  Both the main entrance and the second entrance are through private easement roads owned by Mr. Rees and adjoining property owners.  I would check to make sure if we even need it.
