A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH PBS &J, INC.
FOR ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES
DURING CONSTRUCTION OF
UNIVERSITY AVE. (19TH TO PARK PLAZA DR.)
AHTD JOB NO. 060917 FAP NO. STPU- 9252(28)
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, University Ave.(19th to Park Plaza Dr.) AHTD Job #060917, construction
contract time limit has been extended,
AND, therefore the engineering services contract with PBS &J, Inc. during construction
will also need to be extended and the contract ceiling price increased,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve a modification to the
engineering contract agreement with PBS &J, Inc. for an extension to engineering
services during construction improvements to University Ave.(19th to Park Plaza Dr.)
AHTD Job #060917, and
SECTION 2. The contract ceiling price is to be revised to not exceed $567,785.06. This
construction project will be at the following federal participating ratios: Federal Share
80% - City Match 20 %. Funds for the City match are available from account 304-220 -
Z023.
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
