plat the above -described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said property to be
surveyed by McGetrick Engineering,, Inc., Engineers and Land
Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title
"Final Plat, Settlers Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas".
The plat bears the signatures and seals of Robert C. Lowe,
Jr., Reg. Prof. Land Surveyor, and Patrick M. McGetrick,
Reg. Prof. Engineer, the signature of the Grantor, a Certif-
icate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Com-
mission, and is recorded in the records of the Circuit
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat
The Grantor does hereby certify that they have platted the
above -described property in accordance with the plat thereof
and the recording of said plat shall constitute a complete
and valid delivery of all easements, building lines, rights -
of -way, etc. shown on the plat,and that referral to said
lots by number as shown on the plat shall be a complete and
sufficient description thereof.
All applicable provisions of the City of Little Rock Build-
ing Codes and Zoning Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect for this subdivision.
