Lowe, Jr. and Associates, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made, bearing the title Lot 609R Otter Creek Community, Phase IV B-1, being a replat of Lots 609 and 610, Otter Creek Community, Phase IV B-1, Little Rock, Arkansas, dated September 1988. The said plat bears the seal and signature of said Surveyor and the signatures of the Grantors. The said plat bears a certificate of approval of the Little Rock Planning Commission and is filed for record in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat # Therefore, the,Grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The Grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted the above described property in accordance with the above described plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plan and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use these designations. The Grantors further certify that the easements and right-of-way indicated on this plat have not been changed and shall remain as indicated on the plat of Otter Creek Community, Phase V B-1 recorded as plat #B-447 in the records of the circuit Clerk and ex-officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Finally, the Grantors certify that all provisions of the Bill of Assurance for Otter Creek Community, Phase IV B-1, recorded as document #85-07135 in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall apply to and remain in full force and effect for Lot 609R of Otter Creek Community, Phase IV B-1 as replatted herein.
