Commencing at the SW corner of the SWly Section 5; thence N89019'E along the
south line of said SWI/4 1299.3% thence continue along said south line of
the SNi/4 N89004'E 619.0' to a point on the west R-O-W line of Arkansas
Highway No. 5; thence in a northeasterly direction along the west R-O-W
line of said Highway the following chord bearings and distances; N6'28'E
305.7'_ N10'24'E 200.2'; thence N16'52'E 232.8' to a point on the said west
R-O-W line and the intersection of the south R-O-W line of Otter Creek
Parkway as platted in Book 38, Page 70; thence continue along the west
R-O-W line of Arkansas Highway No. 5, N16'52'E 33.0'; thence N21'34'E
82.0' to the point of beginning; thence S69'29'25"W 8.06' and departing
from said Highway No. 5 west R-O-W line and beginning along the north R-O-W
line of said Otter Creek Parkway the following chord bearings and

the left (said curve having a radius of 761.25'); thence along said curve
to the left on a chord bearing of N84'48'W and a distance of 329.53' to the
point of tangency; thence S82'43'11"W and continuing along said North

1023.36' to a point on the blest Right -Of -Way line of said Highway No. 5;
thence S21'34'00"W along said Right -Of -Way, 837.43' to the point of
