Commencing at the SW corner of the SW1,4 Section 5; thence N89'19'E along the
south line of said SW1/4 1299.3'; thence continue along said south line of
the SW114 N89004'E 619.0' to a point on the west R-O-W line of Arkansas
Highway No. 5; thence in a northeasterly direction along the west R-O-W
line of said Highway the following chord bearings and distances; N6'28'E
305.7'' N10°24'E 200.2'; thence N16°52'E 232.8' to a point on the said west
R-O-W line and the intersection of the south R-O-W line of Otter Creek
Parkway as platted in Book 38, Page 70; thence continue along the west
R-O-W line of Arkansas Highway No. 5, N16052'E 33.0'; thence N21034'E
82.0' to the point of beginning; thence S69°29'25"W 8.06' and departing
from said Highway No. 5 west R-O-W line and beginning along the north R-O-W
line of said Otter Creek Parkway the following chord bearings and

1023.36' to a point on the West Right -Of -Way line of said Highway No. 5;
