EXISTING CONDITIONS The site is located in a single family area. It is currently wooded, and rises about 14' very gradually from east to west. Wimbledon Loop is partially constructed and does not extend to the full length of the property. B. DEVELOPMENTPROPOSAL This is a proposal to preliminary plat one lot consisting of 1/2 acre for single family use. No variances have been requested. C. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS None. D. ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS (1) Extend Wimbledon pavement approximately 20' to the project boundary. March 15, 1983 SUBDIVISIONS Item No. 13 - Continued E. ANALYSIS Staff's only concern with this proposal centers around the relationship of the right-of-way to the adjacent lot. It is suggested that the applicant extend the street the full length of the lot and provide an explantion for its existing condition. F. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Approval, subject to comments made. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: It was decided by the Committee that the applicant could extend the street when the next phase of the subdivision is developed. A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of 2 ayes, 0 noes, 3 absent. PLANNING COISSION ACTION: MM The applicant• was present. There were no objectors. A motion was made and passed for approval as recommended by the Subdivision Committee. The motion passed by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 noes and 4 absent.
