REQUEST: To revise a final approved
with four (4) lots to five (5)
STAFF COMMENTS:
This is a request by the applicant to revise this approved
Final, by replatting it from four lots to five. The reason
for this request is that a builder has constructed a house
centered on the lot line between Lots 458 and 459.
This has been brought to the Commission because of Section
37.8 of the Ordinance which states that previously platted
lots must be replatted if there is an increase in the number
of lots.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff passes recommendation of this item to the Subdivision
Committee.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE ACTION:
A motion in favor of this request was made and passed by a
vote of 5 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absent.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
There were no objectors present. Mr. McGetrick, the
engineer, was present. After a brief discussion, the
Commission voted to approve the plat as filed. The vote:
10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
