That whereas we, James Joseph Lareau & Kathryn Kerry Lareau, are the owners of Lot 28, Block 11,.. .

Pleasant Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, James Joseph Lareau & Kathryn Kerry Lareau, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said
tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lot 28R, being a replat of Lot 28, Block 11, Pleasant Valley Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate
of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. and the grantors do
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is amending front building -as approved by City of Little Rock Board of Adjustments
Case No. Z 9515,
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
